Privacy policy
What Capday collects
Nothing. Capday has no account, no ads, no analytics and no third-party SDKs. The developer receives no personal data and runs no server that stores any.
Where your data lives
Your day, tasks, notes, habits and routines are stored on your device, with a daily backup, also on your device.
iCloud sync (optional)
If you turn it on, your data is copied to your private iCloud database, managed by Apple and readable only by your Apple Account. No one else can access it, including the developer. Turn it off anytime in Capday › Settings.
Calendar
If you allow it, Capday reads your events on your iPhone to plan around them. They are never changed, copied or sent anywhere.
Notifications and Apple Watch
Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. The watch gets the day's plan directly from your iPhone.
Purchases
Capday Pro is bought through the App Store. Apple handles payment; Capday only receives the signed proof of purchase to unlock Pro on your device.
Export or delete
You can export everything (JSON, CSV, ICS) from Capday › Settings. Deleting the app erases its data from the device; iCloud data can be deleted in Settings › [your name] › iCloud.
Children
Capday is not directed at children and collects no data, including theirs.
